sasCommunity Tip of the Day

Use the bcolor and color style attributes in title and footnote statments to have solid lines created above and below your output, e.g.,

title h=5pt bcolor=blue ' ';
footnote h=5pt bcolor=blue ' ';

will create a solid blue line that is five points high at the top and bottom of each page of output. The above uses blue, but any valid SAS, RGB, or HLS color name can be used.

New sasCommunity.org Point System
The sasCommunity support team has been hard at work adding new features and is pleased to announce a points system that recognizes each user's contributions to the site. Every time you contribute by creating a page, updating it, or just doing a little wiki gardening, you earn points.

Earning points is automatic and simple - all you have to do is contribute! Creating your account starts you with 1000 points and all the current users have been credited with points dating back to the site coming online in April 2007.

SAS.ONE - SUGI 21 Conference Proceedings Now Online
Search and find SAS papers from 1976-1996
SAS.ONE 1976
1st Users Conference

Since 1976, SAS users have gathered to share the unique ways they use SAS. At the end of each annual conference, the SAS Users Group International (SUGI) and later as SAS Global Forum collected all the individual papers (and posters) presented that year and published them in a volume of proceedings. These historical proceedings contain a vast number of papers which contain methods and techniques that are not available anywhere else to the SAS User Community.

Proceedings before SUGI 21 have not been accessible online - they were available only in bound paper volumes. To address this, the SAS Global Users Group Executive Board began a project in May 2010 to digitally capture SAS.ONE through SUGI 21 proceedings and make them available to the global SAS Community on sasCommunity.org.
