sasCommunity Tip of the Day

In the past, setting multiple datasets of the same kind was tedious — we had to denote them separately. In SAS 9.2 and later, we can use a datalist with both the set and merge statements.

data overall;
    set data1 - data10;
run;
data overall;
    merge data1 - data10;
    by my_by_variables;
run;
