McNemar's statistics is one of the many statistics that we can use to estimate difference before and after events or treatments among the samples (otherwise known as paired sample test). To obtain this statistics, one can turn to PROC FREQ for help. By adding the AGREE keyword after the table statement, both McNemar and Kappa statistics will be produced.
PROC FREQ DATA = <data>; TABLE X*Y/AGREE; RUN;
