Here are some tips for How to share your SAS knowledge with your professional network.

sasCommunity talk:Is not Wikipedia

From sasCommunity

My inspiration for this page comes from the Wikitravel page Wikitravel:Cooperating with Wikipedia where they explain although Wikitravel is like Wikipedia it is not a Wikimedia project and Wards Cunningham's Wiki pages Wiki Is Not Wikipedia and Wikipedia Is Not Wiki. I started this page because the Wikipedia experience is not typical of many wiki. Although many wiki are modelled on Wikipedia, some are distinctly different. And that means they have different content, cultures and standards and expectations of user behaviour. You could set the expectation that sasCommunity.org is like Wikipedia, but sasCommunity.org is not a clone of Wikipedia, its more a hybrid of a Wiki, online SGF proceedings, SAS-L, and some aspects of SAS Support communities and blogs, all delivered on a Mediawiki platform. - Cameron 08:06, 18 June 2013 (EDT)
