Hi, I need help for Table of content creation while combining RTF. When I created individual Tables RTF output I have used footnote statement instead line statement under proc report. so now I have empty space between end of table and footnote (due to footnote at end of page). When I write below code ,TOC text is printing in between empty space of table end and footnote. so it is giving incorrect page number for Table of contents. ods rtf text = "^S={outputwidth=100% just=l font_face='Tahoma' font_size=3.0}{\tc\fs0\cf8 &&ttl&i.}"; As an example . Table1 TOC text is printing on previous page which is Table of content page so it is giving page 1 but Table is starting from page 2. same as Table 2 TOC text is printing between table 1 end and footnote so on TOC page for Table 2 it has page number 2 but it should be page 3. if I change footnote with line statement then footnote is printing directly under end of table and thus no empty space so each TOC text printing at top of each table and it is giving correct page number since TOC text at top of each table. in this case for Table 1 page number 2 and table 2 page number 3 and 1st page is TOC page. Can someone let me know if there is any way to correct TOC page number when footnote statement was used for footnote instead line statement.

Hello Community,
I am dealing with Proc ARIMA for outliers detection, I would like to output the dataset with the outliers dates by a variable:
/*-- Outlier Detection --*/
proc arima data=CASUSER.ds out=ds_outliers;
identify var=dk noprint;
by region;
estimate method=ml;
outlier id=date;
run;
This is the output for a single region, I would like to flag the outliers in my original dataset. I checked and with out= option the is just statistics of the model.

I recently started a discussion about difficulty installing SAS 9.4 on a Windows 11 platform. There were a couple comments but none with a solution (even though one was accepted as a solution by accident, somehow). After communicating with SAS technical support directly, it was discovered that Windows 11 requires SAS 9.4 to be at least version M7, and the latest version is actually M8. The version I was trying to install was an old M4 version and that is apparently why the install failed. Moral of the story, if you are using Windows 11, use the proper version of 9.4.

Hi, I'm fighting with a translate() function in my new job. I have my 'old faithful' code fragment to remove diacritics (accented characters) which worked fine (both: in datastep and proc sql) -till current job: TRANSLATE(FirstNAME, "aaccdeeillnnoorrsstuyzz", "áäčćďéěíĺľňńóôŕřšśťúýžź") + I tried to replace " with apostrophs >>> no! + I tried to change obly one character (e.g. á to a) - it worked well + but when I extend <StringFROM> and <StringTO> to very small set of characters (fom 'áíšžň' to 'aiszn') >> translate() started to mix the characters: .. + Adamík =>>> Adami k ... error: add space after correct change + Arpáš =>>> Arpi ... change á to i instead of a + strange char inst. "s" + Badáň =>>> Badi ň ... same "a" + ignore ň from list + Ažimov =>>> Ažimov ... ignore ž Bonus: I have another 'shape' to remove strange chars from a name and it seems works 😄 ... (all are changed to a space which is further celaning by COMPBL() 😞 COMPBL(translate(FirstNAME, " ", "0123456789/\:;|{}[]()!@#$%^&*_.,-")) as MyLoveNAME, Have somebody an idea where is it screwed? PS: I hacked it by this ugly patch ... tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd(tranwrd( lowcase(cli.FirstNAME), 'á', 'a'), 'ä', 'a'), 'č', 'c'), 'ď', 'd'), 'é', 'e'), 'ě', 'e'), 'í', 'i'), 'ĺ', 'l'), 'ľ', 'l'), 'ň', 'n'), 'ó', 'o'), 'ô', 'o'), 'ŕ', 'r'), 'ř', 'r'), 'š', 's'), 'ť', 't'), 'ú', 'u'), 'ý', 'y'), 'ž', 'z') as NameNoDIA, ...but it makes me sick 😞 and -truly: i'm surprising it works. -thx- Martin

Hey friends! I am aiming to compare a departments KPI to an overall KPI which is that of the whole organization. Thus, I want to make a line chart in SAS VA, where one of the measures is affected by user input through lists and button bars, choosing the department in focus. In the same line chart, I want to show another measure as well - an index which is the average KPI for the whole company. This should therefore remain unaffected by the users choices with regards to input through lists and button bars. So how can I make it happen, either by some techincal or designwise adjustment?
