Hello, I would like to ask for a clarification. If anyone could help me, I will be very much obliged. I have an experiment with five treatments (diets fed to animals in different parks), the response score was measured everyday, for 35 days. response variable is ordinal with three levels: 0 no effect, 1 mild effect, 2 high effect. I have tried the following approach proc glimmix data=score method=?; class diet score; model score = diet / link=cumlogit dist=multinomial; random time / sub=park type=ar(1); I have tried several 'method=' but would like advice which would best apply. Also, in this paper with a similar approach, authors calculate the probability of score HIGH, which I would also like to apply here. Authors state the following formula but I'm not aware how to obtain the logit values in my case: p = exp(logit)/(1 + exp(logit)) https://www.mdpi.com/2076-2615/13/21/3350 Any ideas appreciated.

I'm using SGPANEL, and would like to highlight certain panels that are interesting. I think I just want a way to set the wallcolor for each panel dynamically, is that possible?
Below code will make 3 panels, and all three will have the wallcolor set to yellow:
data have ;
input panelid x y ;
cards ;
1 10 10
1 20 20
2 10 15
2 20 15
3 10 20
3 20 10
;
proc sgpanel data=have ;
panelby panelid/ layout=panel;
styleattrs wallcolor="yellow" ;
series x=x y=y;
run ;
Is there a way I can make only the second panel have a yellow wallcolor?
I tried using a band plot in the background, which came close, but still extended the y-axis even though I set option NOEXTEND. I'm sure I could try other methods for adding a yellow bar in the background of second panel (e.g. REFLINE instead of a BAND), but before I go down that path, wondered if I'm missing an easier way.
My band plot approach:
data want ;
set have ;
if panelid=2 then do ;
lowerband=0 ;
upperband=100 ;
end ;
run ;
proc sgpanel data=want ;
panelby panelid/ layout=panel;
band x=x lower=lowerband upper=upperband /fillattrs=(color=yellow) noextend;
series x=x y=y;
run ;

Please can someone help me. I have SAS 9 table with colonne TPS whixh specify the duration. Eg i can have in this variable modality like 30:22:00. After chargin this table in my CASLIB, for the same record this variable shows 6:22:00.
Seems like SAS ignore the 24 hours . After 24hours SAS set to null the duration.
How can i find issue to this problem ?

SAS introduces the new Hierarchical Modeling node in SAS Visual Forecasting that allows users to perform in-depth modeling and analysis at each level of the project hierarchy. Users can now have different pipelines at each level of the hierarchy and can apply advanced techniques, including ensemble and interactive modeling nodes, to improve the quality and accuracy of their forecasts.
