My query is in continuation of the above question which I posted few weeks back, I was unable to continue the same topic as it was closed. How can I know the difference between 'SGA_START' and 'start'? I am trying to merge the dataset 'want' with 'SGA2', how ever I cannot identifying the difference/no. of days between SGA_START and start dates. Can someone please help me with the code.
Thank you

Hi,
I would like to deduplicate the dataset 'have' with the constraint that for each 'group' there will be an observation for each 'id' and that across ids within 'group' all the 'x' values are different.
My dataset want should be like this:
group
id
x
a
2
1
a
3
2
a
4
3
b
2
1
b
3
3
b
4
4
b
5
2
I would appreciate very much a range of techniques.
thank you very much in advance

I'm running a mixed model and using multiple imputation to handle missing covariates.
I used the `lsmeans test/pdiff adjust=Tukey` statement to compare each group.
However, after `PROC MIANALYZE`, it only pools the raw p-values.
I searched various forums and noticed that `PROC MIANALYZE` cannot generate pooled adjusted p-values. I also saw suggestions to use `PROC MULTTEST`, but it doesn't support the Tukey-Kramer adjustment.
Does anyone know how I could obtain the pooled adjusted p-value? Or how could I calculate the pooled adjusted p-value using the pooled raw p-value?
Thanks!

We are working with the svi datahub rest apis and using the filter to filter on the custom tables/ documents built by the client. We wanted to clarify the usage for filtering on child documents. It appears that I am able to query on the parent directly (which also brings back any related child records if using depth of 1), but not directly on the child tables. Is this by design or is there something else not set properly?
E.g. in the scenario below I can query on #1 (and using depth of 2 bring any linked record from #2 and '#3) but I get the 404 error if querying directly on #2 or #3.
1. Table 1 = parent 2. Table 2 = child 3. Table 3 = child
404 DH6106 The entity with name "xxxxx" was not found.
As well as querying, we will also be updating the tables. From speaking to a colleague, our understanding is that even if no child updates are required, when updating a parent, the child document needs to be posted back with the parent, otherwise the child is deleted? We are on VI 10.7 HF8 (soon to go to HF11).
///
Code and output:
proc http method = "POST" url="&VI_INT_REST_URL./svi-datahub/documents/child_table" no_cookies OAUTH_BEARER=SAS_SERVICES in=req_body out=out; headers "Accept" = "application/vnd.sas.collection+json" "Content-Type" = "application/vnd.sas.investigation.data.document.filter.request+json"; run;

Hello, I use an multiple imputation and I realize two tests, so I adjusted the pvalue with the bonferonni method. But, how can I have the adjusted p-value with PROC MIANALYZE ? Here my code : proc mixed data=v1_v2_im method=reml; class PRDT (ref="Placebo") TV_VISIT_TMP(ref="V1") SUBJID; model changeVn_V0 = PRDT TV_VISIT_TMP PRDT*TV_VISIT_TMP / s ddfm=kenwardroger; repeated TV_VISIT_TMP / subject=SUBJID type=CS; lsmeans PRDT*TV_VISIT_TMP / slice=TV_VISIT_TMP cl diff adjust=bon; slice PRDT*TV_VISIT_TMP / sliceby(TV_VISIT_TMP="V1") cl pdiff=control("Placebo" "V1"); slice PRDT*TV_VISIT_TMP / sliceby(TV_VISIT_TMP="V2") cl pdiff=control("Placebo" "V2"); by _Imputation_; ods output SolutionF=mixparms; ods output SliceDiffs=slice; ods output Slices=slice2; ods output Diffs=difs; run; It's in the table "Difs" that there are pvalues adjusted. But, I don't know how to use PROC MIANALYZE to pooling adjusted pvalues ? Thanks for your answer. Clémence
