POSITION:Associate Director Biostatistics

DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements Education (minimum/desirable): PhD or Masters Degree (or equivalent degree) in Statistics, Data mining, Bioinformatics or related field with 3 years or 5 years of experience respectively for senior role.

Languages: Fluent English (oral and written).

Experience/Professional requirement: „X Proven knowledge and expertise in statistics, data mining and/or bioinformatics and their applications to clinical trials. Experience with a wide range of advanced statistical methods. Strong analytical capabilities and data exploration skills. „X Experience in main tasks of a program statistician and as a team leader. „X Proven knowledge of drug development. „X Background knowledge and strong interest in life sciences. „X Proven knowledge of general statistical software packages (e.g. SAS, R/Splus/MATLAB). Knowledge of specialized statistical/data mining tools. „X Good communication, presentation and consultancy skills. „X Creative mind with good problem solving skills.
