I'm working exclusively for a start-up Co. that is expanding their U.S. presence and need a Senior person who loves programming and wants to run their own team. This is a great ground floor opportunity for someone to come in, build their own group and make a huge impact. The Company is well backed and owned by an International Co.

Here is the actual Job Description:

A senior level statistical programmer who is able to provide high level technical programming services to clients, interface effectively with clients and be responsible for client deliverables, quality control and mentor junior programmers (including those involved in work being conducted from an international office), build a high quality group of competent statistical programmers in the long-term as company objectives warrant, perform all administrative responsibilities for such a position, and operate as a vital strategic business resource to the company as well as interacting at a high level professionally with colleagues within and outside of the organization. The position involves international travel a couple of times a year.
