I notice that this category contains entries for both Great Britain and United Kingdom. The two are not synonymous. The prefered term for the nation is United Kingdom (a shortening of 'United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland') and we shouldn't exclude our Nourthern Irish cousins! I haven't worked out how to remove or 'retire' an article, so can any one tell me if we should remove the GB entry and if so how?



I will remove the Great Britain category since currently there are no pages that reference it.
