Abstract

Understanding which groups of users are using which sets of desktop and Web applications can help your organization increase efficiency while reducing the risk to your operations. This paper details the importance of understanding users and desktop application interactions, and the methods by which these interactions can be defined and reported on. Working examples using SAS® desktop and Web applications such as SAS® Enterprise Guide®, SAS Data Integration Studio, SAS Management Console and SAS Web Report Studio are presented.
