Norwegian speaking Data-Miner needed

I am in search of a Norwegian, or at least a Scandinavian, speaking data miner for a very non-standard development project. The reason I need a person speaking Norwegian is that the entrepreneurs are Norwegian and the analysis is very language related; though later it is expected to evolve to other languages. At the moment we are looking at hiring and not outsourcing.
