As the first step in the decommissioning of sasCommunity.org the site has been converted to read-only mode.
Here are some tips for How to share your SAS knowledge with your professional network.
SAS/Connect Can Upload More Than Just SAS Data Sets
You can upload an entire directory of SAS programs from your workstation to your UNIX server (and vice versa). Here is an example:
filename pcprogs "C:\Michaels\PC SAS Programs"; rsubmit; filename linuxprg "/home/Michaels/UNIX SAS Programs"; proc upload infile=pcprogs('*.sas') outfile=linuxprg; run; endrsubmit;
Of course, you could upload/download one program at a time, but what fun would that be?!
For more information on all of the fun that you can have transferring various and sundry files with SAS/CONNECT, refer to the SAS/CONNECT User's Guide in the SAS Online Documentation
