SAS BI Developer/Administrator 

Location:   Washington, DC – Energy Information Administration/DOE
Interview:  Phone to Onsite
Status:     Full-time position on-site. US Citizen required.
Pay:        Salary based on experience

Qualifications

  • Sound SAS9 Foundation (Base SAS, SAS/STAT etc.) programming skills
  • Experience working in a SAS9 Enterprise BI environment
  • Experience and knowledge with one or more of the following SAS/EBI products or technologies
    • SAS Management Console
    • Information Map Studio/Web Report Studio
    • Information Delivery Portal
    • Stored Processes
    • SAS Enterprise Guide
  • Some experience with UNIX scripting
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies
  • Good problem solving, organizational, decision-making written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of software or applications development life cycle
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The SAS 9.1.3 environment is UNIX and PC based with migration to SAS 9.2. Duties include support of the SAS BI environment and working with the SAS user community in the 9.1.3 and 9.2 environments.
