SAS Consultant Rome, Italy

Opening for a consultant in Rome who is fluent in Italian and can communicate well in English.

Global Financial Services company is seeking a SAS Consultant for a project in Rome, Italy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for manipulating large amounts of transactional data for reporting and promotional purposes revolving around marketing campaigns and promotions. The Consultant must have a proven track record in financial/marketing based business intelligence. The ability to communicate those results and to formulate recommendations to senior management both in Italy and the US, will be critical for success in this position. Lastly, participation in face-to-face client initiatives will be required; therefore must be fluent in Italian and English.

Required Skills:

3-5 years of SAS MACROS/ BASE programming and development experience to include very strong data management skills Prepare pre-campaign analysis, campaign tracking, and backend campaign profitability and sustainability Windows and UNIX (preferably AIX) experience Strong SQL skills Oracle MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
