To say that the financial services sector is in a state of turmoil is like telling a person drenched in a downpour that the weather is not conducive to staying dry. And, just like you can dress to protect yourself from the elements and even venture out to enjoy a rainy day, so too can organizations prepare themselves to go out and prosper in an economic downpour.

Risk, regulation, rewards: the three Rs of the financial services sector.

• Rewards, of course, because that is why you are still in business.
• Risk, an integral part of the industry which has always been managed, although not always well.
• Regulation, the sometimes onerous rules which cannot be avoided, yet when implemented cleanly and quickly can enhance your rewards.

In this section we are looking for presentations that deal with risk management and regulatory implementation strategies that lead to organizational rewards. Let’s hear your ideas and approaches that will help financial services organizations weather the storm.
