Customer Intelligence relates to the gathering, analyzing and exploiting of enterprise information and intelligence of a company’s customer base. Its purpose is to derive a deeper, more fundamental understanding of one’s customer base: their needs and wants and how well these are being satisfied. Papers in this section may incorporate:

  • Master data management best practices to ensure customer data quality and compliance.
  • Campaign management and optimization to acquire, cultivate and retain customers and provide analysis of the effectiveness of advertising, promotions and incentives.
  • Web analytics to analyze and optimize the effectiveness of the corporate Web site.
  • Managing customers based on their current and future level of profitability.
  • Strategic segmentation and predictive analytics relating to customer behavior and customer experience.
  • Integration of insightful analysis into corporate strategy.
