Base SAS software comes with built in style definitions that can be used to add “pizzazz” to your reports.

A list of available styles can be found a number of ways. The easiest way is with Proc Template:

proc template;
   list styles;
run;

Other ways to find the list of available styles can be found in the SAS help and documentation:

Contents -> SAS products -> Base SAS -> ODS -> Concepts -> ODS Basic Concepts -> “What are Style Definitions, Style Elements, and Style Attributes?”

The linked documents below contain examples of the various SAS styles used with ODS pdf in SAS. The report is a simple Proc Tabulate with a title and footnote statement.
