Create a SAS dataset

I have the following data,
5/6/2008, 5/7/2008, 5/9/2008, 5/10/2008
IBM, 100, 101, 102, 103 MSFT, 28, 29, 30, 31 INTC, 21, 22, 23, 24
I want to write a sas code to read the data and create a sas dataset like this,
IBM 5/6/2008 100 IBM 5/7/2008 101 IBM 5/9/2008 102 IBM 5/10/2008 103 MSFT 5/6/2008 28 MSFT 5/7/2008 29 MSFT 5/9/2008 30 MSFT 5/10/2008 31 ... ...
Any suggestions how to do it? Many thanks.

Sorry, the data format is screwed up a little bit.
The original dataset should be
5/6/2008, 5/7/2008, 5/9/2008, 5/10/2008
IBM, 100, 101, 102, 103 MSFT, 28, 29, 30, 31 INTC, 21, 22, 23, 24
The sas dataset set will be
IBM 5/6/2008 100 IBM 5/7/2008 101 IBM 5/9/2008 102 IBM 5/10/2008 103 MSFT 5/6/2008 28 MSFT 5/7/2008 29 MSFT 5/9/2008 30 MSFT 5/10/2008 31
... ...
