User names

Hi This site looks great. I registered with a username I use on other blogs (plf515) but it seems like many are using their real names. Is there a policy on this? Is there a way to change my user name?

There is no rule - I too use a name I use on other social networking sites, but have added on my page who I am in real life and a link to my personal home page.

Others may want to be more anonymous because of sensitivities with their employer. Note for example that the Userid LittleBirdie has already been taken.
