Just echoing the question as something that is confusing to new users. I am looking for an answer too!

These are part of the core software components and come out of the box.

  • the link for your user name brings you to your home page.
  • the link for my talk brings you to the discussion page (also availalbe as a tab). Virtually every wiki page has a dicussion page that is typically used to dicuss and ask questions about issues on the main page.
  • the link for my blog brings you to your personal blog. We have integrated a Mediawiki add-in that allows each user to have a blog.

Hope this answers your questions.
