Talk:Macro Array Package

Ron: did you give any thought to posting the source for each of your macros as a wiki page? I put a macro called filelist on the site and thought that the use of the wiki history feature was a good way to allow the code to be updated. Any thoughts/concerns about when/how to post code in such a page? Note that I also tagged the article page as belonging to [[Category:SAS Code]]. --Donh 18:35, 30 March 2007 (EDT)

I notice that Ron is trying to assert copyright. That makes sense to me within an uploaded file, but not on a wiki page.--Howles 22:47, 24 April 2007 (EDT)

I think that both of you need to read the "Terms of Use" for sasCommunity.org. There is a link at the bottom of every page. The intent is that you do not claim copyright for the material on the site.

That had been my understanding. But I see in the terms of use "Unless you indicate otherwise in the particular posting, by posting your content, you are granting ... license", which seems to make it all optional.--Howles 10:31, 26 April 2007 (EDT)
