PR/Advertizing sasCommunity.org at SAS Global Forum

It's been a while since a comment has been added here and so I have a suggestion. At a previous SGF there were some business cards with the sasCommunity.org logo and information. They had many uses at the SAS Global Forum and would be good to do again. I still have a few if someone wants me to FAX how they looked. -- Charlie Shipp (talk) 10:45, 22 February 2014 (CST)

I'm looking forward to the use of QR codes (Quick Response Codes) for speaker/user collaboration and info exchange. Lainie Hoverstad and Mary Rosenbloom are leading the technology at SGF 2014. Refer to https://en.Wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code and here on sC.org (you can take a look at Art Carpenter's TALK page for an example). Don Henderson makes including your QR code easy. -- There are over 35,000 'views' to this TALK page so more activity/info would be wise. Charlie Shipp (talk) 09:03, 23 February 2014 (CST)
Hi, Charlie Shipp, I am a business card collector and would be very interested to see how the cards looked.
I do follow the sasCommunity.org Twitter. I'm not sure who maintains that, but it would be great if they sent out some Tweets leading up to/during/after events, to talk about where people can find articles and continue discussion and learning about the conferences. This could be great for people who weren't able to make events, to see that they can still gain access to resources on sasCommunity.org. = paulkaefer (talk) 11:43, 1 May 2017 (CDT)
