Nice contribution. I took the liberty to fix the link for your on-line registration so it is a link (it was missing the http://) and to also hyperlink the text On-Line Registration.

You might also want to consider whether you want your email addresses listed directly. Page visitors can email you via the site by adding the following to your page (except exclude the nowiki tags as those are there to force the text to not be interpretted

Email [[Special:Emailuser/Trexpruitt|Rex Pruitt]].

which will generate a link like Email Rex Pruitt. And allows users to email you without exposing your email address directly (e.g., to spammers).
