Tips:Drawing Lines above/below the Output
From sasCommunity
Use the bcolor and color style attributes in title and footnote statments to have solid lines created above and below your output, e.g.,
title h=5pt bcolor=blue ' '; footnote h=5pt bcolor=blue ' ';
will create a solid blue line that is 5 points high at the top and bottom of each page of output. The above uses blue, but any valid SAS, RBG or HLS color name can be used.
