Tips:Measure Who is Using SAS and What Products They are Using with RTRACE

Would you like to know who is using SAS on your Unix, Linux, or Windows servers and what products they are using? Six years ago, frustrated with the lack of an institutionalized methodology, I created my own by hijacking the SAS RTRACE Facility. We have been running it at Westat for about six years now and love the unique insights it provides into SAS usage in our organization.
