Mostly made formatting changes to make it fit within the space expected for a Tip page (in order to avoid having to create a read more page for just two links to User Group presentations. Also added references to the home pages for the author's of the two papers. And last, removed the reference to SAS Mecca as many will have no idea who that is referencing (and in the minds of some it might be considered offensive).
