Rick, you could add a descriptive sentence or two to entice non-IML users to take a glance. It would enhance the TIP; something like:

The tip sheet reminds SAS/IML users how to create and manipulate matrices; read and write SAS datasets; perform linear algebra such as finding eigenvalues and eigenvectors; define trigonometric and other formulas; and much more.
