USAA is currently seeking a talented Marketing Analyst for our San Antonio, TX location.
As a Marketing Analyst for USAA, you will be responsible for direct analysis and reporting for credit card and/or home equity products for the bank, including potential product and service markets. You will collect and analyze data on established and prospective customers and on competitors and prepare reports that interpret market conditions and economic climate. You may also be required to assist in developing marketing communications and evaluation marketing plans. You will drive for financial results based on marketing process improvement.
Qualified candidates need to possess:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of quantitative analysis experience in a mathematical/statistical environment.
• Proficiency with PC applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• SAS programming or E.piphany marketing systems experience.
Preferred experience includes:
• Advanced degree in business, statistics or mathematics.
• Marketing analysis and campaign development experience.
• Advanced mathematical/statistical experience.
• Experience developing plans or forecasts.
• Knowledge of financial services products.
• Experience working with SQL, Credit Revue, CLO and Crystal Reports.
