USAA is currently seeking a talented Lead Marketing Analyst-Planning/Forecasting for our San Antonio, TX location.


As a Lead Marketing Analyst-Planning/Forecasting for USAA, you will be responsible for major reporting function within Marketing and possess a broad knowledge of principles which are used to complete difficult assignments. You may be involved with a major marketing deliverable or project.


Qualified candidates need to possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as operations research, management science, finance, accounting or statistics.

• Proficiency with Excel to include advanced formulas and macros.

• Significant experience using/building models to set goals or to forecast results.

• Experience developing marketing or financial metrics.

• Experience building forecasts.

• Knowledge of technology and/or tools to build plans and forecasts.

• Ability to recognize trends in data and relationships between data elements for use in determining future growth patterns.


Preferred experience includes:

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as operations research, management science, finance, accounting or statistics.

• Expert user with Excel.

• Experience working in the financial services industry and/or a marketing department.
