As the first step in the decommissioning of sasCommunity.org the site has been converted to read-only mode.
Here are some tips for How to share your SAS knowledge with your professional network.
I started using SAS ... in Grad school, when I used it in statistics courses. I later used it when processing Census Data as part of my job for the UGA computer center. In the fullness of time, I worked at user services, supported SAS and certain other statistical software, as well as provided assistance with our mainframe computers (IBM and CDC Cyber). Plus the usual compilers(usually Fortran, sometimes PL/I or C), math/stat subroutines, and assorted utilities that were common for the times and user community. And then came the PC ... and much of that support disappeared (became irrelevant). I continued to support SAS and other stat software, and now am working with the database team as we plan how we will move to serious Oracle support (and away from our mainframe systems?).
