I've just uploaded the latest issue of VIEWS News (issue 43, 2008 Q3) to the VIEWS News page, and I've copied the Editorial section for you below:

There will be a number of big SAS-related events coming up in October this year. The 2008 PhUSE Conference will be held in Manchester and the SAS Forum UK in Telford, where I will be very happy to meet any VIEWS members there. I have more articles from familiar sources again in this issue of VIEWS News: including some advice on using double ampersands in macros from Nina Werner, on emailing from programs running overnight from LeRoy Bessler, and some more tips on using regular expressions from the Amadeus Software Consultancy Team. Along with our regular sections, including some new and old SAS Formats, Options, and Functions, I hope you will find them all interesting and helpful.
