The Virtual SAS Users Group (VirtualSUG) [1] is an on-line SAS Users Group offering webinars and presentations.

In September 2010, the SAS Institute, Inc. recognized VirtualSUG as a Special Interest SAS Users Group.

The group was initially hosted by Sierra Information Services (now known as Sierra Data Science). Sierra Data Science is an independent provider of SAS training and consulting services. Although VirtualSUG is offered as a free service to the SAS user community by Sierra Information Services, it does not earn any revenues or receive any compensation when users sign up for and attend group sessions. The support of other organizations is sought via a corporate sponsorship program, details of which are available from a link on the VirtualSUG home page.
