A wiki is not a democracy but a dictatorship. The most recent editor of a wiki page always has the final word. But this is how we achieve consensus!

As a wiki editor, you have the power to edit mercilessly and change everything that has previously been written in an article. Yet given this power, most people respect what others have written and normally only make small changes to a wiki article. This is an example of how a wiki achieves consensus!
